First off, it’s probably sensible to ensure that:
- you like the sort of work that we do – if you don’t like our style, that’s not a great start we have the expertise to help you do what you want to do
- we “connect” with you and your ideas
We feel that these are important when choosing any supplier, and especially when choosing to work with a creative team.
If, however, we really understand each other, you like our “style” and we have the skills and expertise to help you, here are a few reasons why our current clients think we’re a good choice.
We’re transparent
We hate lying. If you have a project idea and you ask us for our input, we’re going to give you our honest and open suggestions and recommendations. We’ll outline exactly what we need to do, explain why we’ve chosen a certain approach and itemise our pricing in a way that you can understand.
There are no “hidden extras”, no “nasty suprises” and if we make a mistake (it happens – we’re human), we apologise and fix it quickly and without any fuss.
We speak plain English
Our core team has quite a “geeky” steak. But we prefer “plain-speak” to “techie-speak”. We’ll work with you in a language that makes sense to you, keeping your project clear and straightforward. We’ll ask questions – lots of them! We’re mad about communication
90% of our projects are dotted around the globe. This means that we don’t budget for day-long meetings. Instead, we work on great communication. Telephone, email, Skype and sometime instant messaging are all tools that we use to ensure that you know what’s happening with your project.
We have a lot of project management expertise in-house and we develop timelines, project reports and budget updates for larger project too, to ensure that you’re in the loop at all times.
We deliver on time
When clients come to us with a tight deadline, we’re almost always able to help. We have offices in the US and the UK, and we work odd hours. Suzanne is up most mornings at 5am, whether she’s in the UK, USA, South Africa or Austria. David is a night owl and tends to be most productive in the wee hours.
So deadlines aren’t a problem for us, as long as our clients are able to provide us with what we ned.
Oh! And did we mention that we’re speedy? We respond to your requests quickly so you always know where you stand.

Suzanne, our fearless leader, is a self-confessed serial entrepreneur. Not only has she worked in the corporate world, acted as a consultant and started and run her own businesses in three countries, she’s also worked with hundreds of businesses ranging from tiny start-ups to global multi-nationals.
Between Suzanne and the rest of our team, we have a collective business knowledge that we can’t help but share with our clients if we think that what we know is relevant to what they are trying to achieve.
